Thirsty Dog BreweryDid not get to go to the brewery, but had some of their beer via The Winking Lizard which was only 5 minutes from Solon in Bedford Heights so the drive was more attractive than another 35 minute one (went to Willoughby the night before).
- Siberian Night Russian Imperial Stout (bottled) - GRADE: B+ 9.0% ABV,IBU 58. Very high in alcohol and very flavorful. Roasted coffee with chocolate and light nutmeg. Drinkable and won several awards.
- Cerberus 10 Dog Ale (on tap) - GRADE: B 10% ABV,IBU 31. Thicker, sweeter. Honey, almond, light roast. Golden colored, smooth.
